DESIGN AND ASSEMBLY CAPABILITIES

Soldering- to MIL-STD-2000 and MIL-S-45743 High Reliability Soldering including MIL-S-46844 High Reliability Machine Soldering.  RA-NAV LABORATORIES, INC. has operators and inspectors certified to MIL-STD-2000, MIL-S-45743, MIL-S-46844 and WS-6536E.
 
Conformal Coating - We are capable of applying and inspecting all types of conformal coatings. 
 
Electronic Encapsulating - We are capable of encapsulating electronic assemblies, using potting shells or removable molds.
 
Electronic Testing - Automatic test capabilities incorporating a full range of measuring instruments and power and signal sources.
 
Environmental Testing - We have temperature and humidity chambers, vacuum, vibration, and drop-shock capabilities.

DATA PREPARATION

RA-NAV LABORATORIES, INC. has extensive experience in preparing test manuals and support data.  Our drafting department uses AutoCAD 2000 and can produce schematics, drawings to DOD-STD-100 as well as layouts for printed circuit boards.

PREPARATION AND PACKAGING

Our packing and packaging facilities meet MIL-STD-2073.

PROTOTYPING

We have milling machines, lathes and presses to accomplish in-house prototyping.
